vibe-party is a just-for-fun multiplayer party game. By playing you agree to the short version below — there is no long version.

What we store

• Settings cookies — your graphics tier, effect toggles, and audio volumes (first-party, one year).
• Consent cookie — remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice.
• Gameplay session data — your display name, robot loadout, and match state, kept server-side while you play.
• Account data (optional) — if you create an account: your email, username, a hashed password, and your match results for the leaderboard. Guests never get a database row.

What we don't do

• No advertising, no analytics beacons, no third-party trackers.
• No GPU/device fingerprinting — graphics auto-detection only reads coarse, standard browser values (pixel ratio, CPU core count) and never leaves your machine.
• No selling or sharing of anything, because there's nothing to sell.

Terms, briefly

• Be a good sport — names and content must be safe for a party.
• The service is provided as-is, for fun, with no uptime promises.
• We may reset matches, scores, or cosmetics during development.
